‘Farmstand Socks’ is an easy pattern for a pair of cozy socks. They are knitted toe up with circular needles. You can add a little bit of embroidery at the flowers in the end. This pattern features an ergonomic toe cup for a better fit. The heel is worked with the ‘forethought’ technique, a variation of the ‘afterthought’ heel but much more easier. This pattern includes links to videos for these special techniques and is very easy to follow both for beginners and advanced knitters. If you are a well experienced knitter searching for new challenges, you can go for the «original version» of the pattern. If you have recently started knitting or prefer a minimal, comfy look, I would recommend the «trouble-free version».

Foot circumference: 16.5 (19.5, 22.5) cm, blocked
Yarn: Malabrigo sock (100 gr – 402 m), shown in colors: “frank ochre” and “jasmine”
Quantities: 70 (85, 95) gr aprox
Gauge: 32 sts in purl st knitted in the round = 10 cm
Please note that when modifying gauge you may also alter size or run short on yarn.
Recommended needle size: 2.5 mm (adjust needle if needed to obtain gauge) with 80 cm cable for magic loop technique
or 2.5 mm double pointed needles
